Elicells provides regenerative medicine services, including stem cell therapy treatments using Wharton's Jelly stem cells, exosomes, and related therapeutic procedures. Our services include:

• Essential Package ($4,795 USD) - 100 Million stem cells with comprehensive therapy
• Endurance Package ($9,195 USD) - 200 Million stem cells with enhanced treatments
• Vitality Package ($13,495 USD) - 300 Million stem cells with premium benefits
• Optimum Package ($17,895 USD) - 400 Million stem cells with exclusive treatments
• Maximum Package ($21,995 USD) - 500 Million stem cells with ultra-premium care

2.2 Medical Consultation Required

All treatments require a thorough medical consultation and evaluation. Not all patients are suitable candidates for stem cell therapy. Final treatment decisions rest with our medical team based on your individual health profile.

3.1 Reservation Process

When you submit a reservation request through our website, you are requesting a consultation and treatment booking. This does not constitute a confirmed appointment until verified by our medical team and payment is processed.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before treatment begins
• Payments are accepted via credit card, wire transfer, or other approved methods
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee
• All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice due to MXN currency exchange rates changes.
• Package prices include accommodation at NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro for 2 nights

Cancellations within 3 days of making your reservation: Full refund minus 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 3 days.

  The 10% fee covers hotel room and stem cell laboratory cancellation charges

• After 3 Days: No refunds will be issued

4.2 No Guarantees

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results from stem cell therapy. Individual responses to treatment vary based on numerous factors including age, health condition, and individual biology.

6.1 Included Accommodation

All packages include a 2-night stay at NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro. Room assignments are based on availability and package selection.

6.2 Travel Requirements

• Patients are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Mexico
• Valid passport required for international patients
• Airport transfers are included in treatment packages
• Additional accommodation nights available at patient expense
